Once again I led the DA-PhilRice's Policy Talks 2025 held on 10 October 2025 at the Kabayan Hotel, Pasay City, Metro Manila. I also designed all communication materials. The forum was attended by representatives from various government agencies, private sectors, NGOs and CSOs, and the academe. It aimed to rethink the national rice agenda by highlighting the role of demand-shaping strategies, rooted in policy design, public engagement, and behavioral insights, in achieving food sufficiency goals. I led the DA-PhilRice's 2024 Policy Talks held at the DA-BSWM Lopez Convention Hall on 6 September 2024. I designed and layouted all used communication materials. The forum was attended by selected stakeholders from all over the country. It aimed to produce policy recommendations to harness the power of digitalization in pushing agri-food systems forward.
